چکیده
در شرایطی که نرخ بیکاری در کشور رو به افزایش است، همانند برخی از کشورهای دیگر، کسبوکارهای خانگی به عنوان فرصت اشتغالزایی کمهزینه مورد توجه مردم، مسئولین و برخی سازمانهای حمایتی و خدماتی قرارگرفتهاند. شرایط اقتصادی، تغییرات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و فناوری موجب شده تعداد افرادی که به این نوع کسبوکار میپردازند بیشتر شود. کسبوکارهای خانگی مبتنی بر انواع سرمایههای در دسترس افراد هستند و آنهایی که دسترسی بیشتری به این سرمایهها دارند احتمال موفقیت، دستیابی به معیشت و اشتغال پایدارشان بالاتر است. شبکههای اجتماعی میتوانند تسهیلکننده دسترسی به سرمایههای مورد نیاز این کسبوکارها باشند. روش تحقیق مقاله ترکیبی از روش تحلیل مضمون که اطلاعات آن با مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به دست آمده، روش تطبیقی و پیمایش با پرسشنامه میباشد. نتایج نشان میدهد در کشورهایی که کسبوکار خانگی رونق دارد، ایجاد انجمنها، شبکههای کسبوکار و عضویت شبکهای صاحبان این کسبوکارها توانسته تا حد زیادی کمبود سرمایهها و امکانات مورد نیاز را رفع کند. عضویت شبکهای و حمایتهای دریافتی از روابط رسمی مانند حمایت مالی و سفارش مشترک(40/0%) و حمایت روابط غیررسمی نظیر کمک مشورتی و تامین نیروی انسانی(25/0%) از موفقیت کسبوکارهای خانگی را تبیین میکند. به طورکلی حکشدگی کسبوکارهای خانگی در شبکهها(43/0%) موفقیت آنها را تبیین کرده است.
